Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2-3 piece medium-size TEPTIP mango in syrup, drained and finely diced
  • 1 can 19 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 small sweet red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions :

  1. In a medium-size bowl, stir together black beans, oranges, TEPTIP mango, jalapeno, red pepper, onion, cilantro, oil, chili powder and salt.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl and chill 1 hour.
